Applicant X is a research tool which evaluates the individual applicant experience at specified touch points in the applicant journey. This enables the Student Admissions Team to identify priorities for action at a granular level and address any specific issues; including which aspects of the recruitment process are leading to drop out and the role played by pricing.

  • Application: Exploring which Universities are applied to and why – ‘Short list’
  • Offer: Examining reasons for final selection – ‘Final Choice’
  • Pre-arrival: Usage and attitude towards pre-arrival information
  • Induction: Identifying satisfaction with induction
