Retail-Live 2.0 uses web enabled Android Smartphones or tablets to conduct retail exit interviews for real time survey results.
How does it work?
One of our interviewers will take each respondent through an electronic survey using touchscreen SmartPhones. We use two of the strongest 3G networks (O2 & Everything Everywhere) to maximise the chance that coverage will be available in stores – Typically 95%. In the remaining 5% of stores, data is collected by a bespoke App. and then automatically transferred as soon as the handset receives network coverage. Our interviewers and supervisors provide full UK coverage, backed by full technical support helpdesk.
Currently used by one of the UK’s largest high street retailers to deliver over 100,000 exit interviews per year, in addition to a full suite of traditional deliverables, Retail-Live 2.0 delivers:
