Case Study

City of London police selected us to conduct satisfaction surveys with victims of crime and victims or reporters of incidents of anti-social behaviour.

As we handle sensitive information, all of our interviewers received specialist training through a Victim Support consultant and are vetted to meet the rigorous requirements of this process.

Crime victims interviewed have the opportunity to offer feedback on the manner with which the police handled any reported crime. The outputs from the research are used to develop actions to improve service and customer satisfaction.

The results we provide from these surveys are passed internally throughout the force, enabling officers to understand where performance can be improved and ensure satisfaction and service is improved.
