Lloyds TSB, Wholesale and International Banking (W&IB) Division have worked with us since 2001 to improve employee relations, performance and retention. In conjunction with Lloyds TSB we helped develop the ‘YourVoice’ brand which is an annual survey comprising of over 20,000 employees run as a global programme.
By using a multi-modal methodology, we have conducted regular employee engagement measurements to help Lloyds TSB to attract and retain talent and support their employees. During our relationship we developed a bespoke web-based version of the survey to replace the earlier, self completion paper questionnaires. The web function has actively assisted Lloyds TSB to support their people strategy.
Our research has played a fundamental role in assisting local action planning activities which has resulted in the highest employee engagement scores within the Lloyds TSB group.
