SPA Future Thinking to create French joint venture with Groupe Acticall
SPA Future Thinking is in final negotiations to expand its French operation, with a joint venture alongside French company Groupe Acticall.
The joint venture will be launched under the brand Future Thinking France and will be headed up by Stéphane Marder, previously managing director of LH2, a top ten independent market research agency in France.
The new venture will see the SPA Future Thinking team in France combine with an existing unit within Groupe Acticall specialising in market research studies, together working from an HQ site in central Paris. The team will build on the research innovation strengths and established product base of SPA Future Thinking, bringing these together with the CRM, technology and social media strengths of Groupe Acticall.
Groupe Acticall specialises in providing consultancy management and efficiency solutions for CRM requirements and has 12 sites across France and North Africa, over 6000 employees and a turnover of over €185m.
