A few recent examples of how we have helped clients include:

  • Completed a programme of research with innocent from ideation to launch for their new innocent orange juice. This included concept screening, pack research and concept product testing with volumetric forecasting.
  • Re-launched Molson Coors Carling brand with a new pack design. Using PackPerfect methodology it is rare, if not unique, in that sales volumetric forecasting (using our powerful model: “Apollonius”) is used to accurately predict the increase (or decrease) in sales volume and value due to design changes.
  • Working with a leading health & beauty skincare brand and leading supermarket we provided a clear understanding on how current shoppers behave in order to trade up, increase depth of H&B/Skincare regime and generate appeal for shoppers.
  • Worked with a leading global household FMCG client to develop new pricing frame work using volumetric choice based conjoint modelling to predict volume and value share changes within the category.
  • Combined qual-quant study into the rationalisation of a range of dishwasher products. Approach was to research the understanding of different products in the range and identify where ‘lost volume’ would go if one or more products were delisted.
  • Range optimisation study for leading hand wash brand to refresh and maximise the appeal of the range.
  • A large programme of product development research to help a well-known manufacturer to reduce salt levels in one of their ranges.
  • ‘In restaurant’ product testing for a range of new dessert products for the world’s leading fast food restaurant.
  • Identifying new flavour variants for a leading cereal manufacturer through on-line concept product test evaluation.
