  • An annual, high profile consortium led pan European study of media consumption habits, particularly looking at the use of the Internet for content, communication and commerce. Results are released to the press in the UK and overseas and presented to the wider industry by SPA Future Thinking and our commissioning clients.
  • A series of qual and quant studies for our client to understand women and their internet habits more in depth, particularly in light of the Mumsnet trend.
  • A study to assess the user experience of a telecoms website homepage and provide guidance on how to optimise content, design and user experience.
  • A website evaluation test to assess appeal and effectiveness of the new KitKat Perfect Break website.
  • Segmentation of mobile internet market in order to assess the behaviour, attitudes and needs of the UK market.
  • An extensive study into the online grocery shopper, including the identification of drivers and barriers, generating an understanding of the online shopper mindset.
