Sheffield, Southampton, University of the Arts London unveil £9K fees - 13th April 2011
Three more English universities have unveiled plans to charge the top rate of tuition fees, bringing the number to have opted for the maximum to 31 of the 43 institutions to date that have stated their intentions.
